South Carroll Cavaliers (Sykesville, MD) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD). The Blazers come into the non-league test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Clear Spring gained a win over Northern Garrett (Accident, MD), 3-2, in a non-league test.
The Leopards now sport a 10-7 record.
