The crowd at Sunday's league bout between the Haines Glacier Bears (Haines, AK) and the visiting Petersburg Vikings (Petersburg, AK), saw Haines's volleyball squad nip Petersburg by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Haines upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year.

The Vikings now own a 3-16 record. They play next when they travel to Klawock for a 2A Southeast bout on Sunday, November 6. Petersburg will play a Chieftains squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Petersburg (Petersburg, AK). The Chieftains record now stands at 4-1.
