In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Jehovah-Jireh Warriors basketball team scored a big 55-27 triumph over the Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Pleasant Hill smashed Choudrant (Choudrant, LA), 74-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the War Eagles confront the Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs (Jackson, MS) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 8. Louisiana School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 64-18 non-league loss to St. Aloysius (Vicksburg, MS).
