Lakeside Panthers (Evans, GA) boosters left the game content Thursday as they observed their flag football squad nudge the host Grovetown Warriors (Grovetown, GA), 27-26 in a league test.

The Panthers now hold a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Westside for a D2 Area 1 test on Monday, November 10. Lakeside will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 14-6 league loss to Harlem (Harlem, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.

The Warriors (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenbrier (Evans, GA). The Wolfpack go into the D2 Area 1 test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Greenbrier tipped Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA), 26-0, in a non-league test.
