Madison Academy Mustangs (Madison, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL), 78-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Madison Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Columbia (Huntsville, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Columbia lost 101-34 in their recent non-league bout against Buckhorn (New Market, AL)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Falkville Blue Devils (Falkville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Whitesburg Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
