The Hatch Valley Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Cobre Indians to 0 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.
The Bears now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Socorro for a game on Thursday, November 9. Hatch Valley will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 1-7.
The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Hot Springs gained a win over Socorro (Socorro, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
