The Sandia Matadors topped the visiting Piedra Vista Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Matadors now have a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Mesa for a non-league test on Thursday, November 9. Sandia will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-15.
The Panthers (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions enter the non-league test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Farmington was knocked off by La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 2-1, in a non-league test.
