With the victory, Sacred Heart improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Poplarville (Poplarville, MS) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 11. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Poplarville won 48-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Perry Central (New Augusta, MS)

Next up, the Lions confront the Wayne Academy Jaguars (Waynesboro, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 9. Laurel Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 33-31 non-league loss to Lamar Christian (Purvis, MS).
