Coral Shores Hurricanes (Tavernier, FL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Key West Conchs (Key West, FL), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Coral Shores moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Keys Gate (Homestead, FL) to clash with the Knights in a 3A D16 test on Wednesday, November 13. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Conchs now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Palmer Trinity for a non-league test on Friday, November 8. Key West will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Lourdes Academy (Miami, FL). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
