Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin Raptors (Austin, TX) backers went home pleased Friday as they observed their basketball team overcome the visiting Lehman Lobos (Kyle, TX), 55-43 in a non-league contest.

The Raptors (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Glenn (Leander, TX). The Grizzlies come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Glenn defeated Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX), 41-29, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lobos battle the Gonzales Apaches (Gonzales, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 11. Lehman will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Apaches come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 40-37 non-league loss to Bandera (Bandera, TX).
