The White County Central Bears basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Midland Mustangs to 40 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pangburn for a non-league contest on Friday, November 11. White County Central will battle a Tigers team coming off a 54-44 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against West Side (Greers Ferry, AR). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, West Side was defeated by Berryville (Berryville, AR), 58-52, in a non-league contest.
