In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV) volleyball squad knocked off the host James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Yellowjackets battle the Wirt County Tigers (Elizabeth, WV) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, November 8. Williamstown will attempt to better on its 17-12 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 8-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, WV).

With the loss, James Monroe drops to 38-5 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 8. The Cavaliers come into the contest with a record of 32-15. Greenbrier West won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against River View (Bradshaw, WV)
