The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL) and the host Columbia Eagles (Huntsville, AL), observed East Limestone's basketball team overcome Columbia by a score of 61-50.

The Indians (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Elkmont (Elkmont, AL). The Red Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Elkmont dropped by Wilson (Florence, AL), 53-38, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Madison Academy Mustangs (Madison, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 12. Columbia will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
