Alaska High School Ice Hockey - Kenai Central holds off South Anchorage

The Kenai Central Kardinals ice hockey team scored 4 points and held the host South Anchorage Wolverines to 3 in the Kardinals non-league victory on Friday.

The Kardinals now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wasilla for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 9. Kenai Central will play a Warriors team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to North Pole (North Pole, AK). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, South Anchorage moves to 1-3 on the season. The Wolverines host Houston (Big Lake, AK) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 9. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Houston won 6-1 in their recent non-league bout against Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, AK)
