Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Bagdad Sultans (Bagdad, AZ) and the visiting Williams Vikings (Williams, AZ), saw Bagdad's football team nip Williams by a final score of 19-18.
With the win, Bagdad advances its record to 10-0 on the season. The Sultans travel to Hayden (Winkelman, AZ) to encounter the Lobos in a non-league battle on Saturday, November 15. The Lobos go into the battle with a record of 11-0. Hayden won 48-38 in their recent non-league match against Mogollon (Heber, AZ)
