Alabama High School Basketball - Sipsey Valley ripped by Marion

The Marion Rams basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Sipsey Valley Bears to 22 in the Rams non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rams now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hale County for a non-league contest on Friday, November 12. Marion will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 82-75 non-league loss to Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.

The Bears (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hale County (Moundville, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Hale County was routed by Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL), 57-24, in a non-league contest.
