Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Del Valle Conquistadores (El Paso, TX), 60-15 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Montwood upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Clint (Clint, TX) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 11. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Clint lost 46-20 in their recent non-league bout against El Paso (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Conquistadores play the El Paso Tigers (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Del Valle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
