The South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE) basketball nipped the host Arthur County Wolves (Arthur, NE), 46-43 in Thursday's league test.

The Blue Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Minatare (Minatare, NE). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.

The Wolves now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hay Springs for a non-league test on Saturday, December 3. Arthur County will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 66-63 league loss to Cody-Kilgore (Cody, NE). The Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
