With the win, Sam Houston upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Broncos travel to Starks (Starks, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Starks won 60-55 in their recent non-league bout against Deweyville (Deweyville, TX)

Next up, the Dragons play the St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. DeRidder will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 67-44 non-league loss to Barbe (Lake Charles, LA).
