Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the University Prep Value Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) and the host East College Prep Spartans (Los Angeles, CA), saw University Prep Value's basketball squad knock off East College Prep by a count of 60-50.

With the victory, University Prep Value upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Lakeview Charter won 44-41 in their recent non-league challenge against North Valley Military Institute (Sun Valley, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Alliance Bloomfield Bulls (Huntington Park, CA) in a Eastside challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. East College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bulls come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 42-24 league win over ESAT (Los Angeles, CA).
