Kimball Cubs (Kimball, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Upsala Cardinals (Upsala, MN), 83-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kimball upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cubs travel to St. John's Prep (Collegeville, MN) to play the Johnnies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Johnnies go into the bout with a record of 0-1. St. John's Prep lost 91-49 in their recent non-league bout against Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Holdingford Huskers (Holdingford, MN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Upsala will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Huskers go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 55-35 non-league loss to Pierz (Pierz, MN).
