Augustine Prep Lions (Milwaukee, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cristo Rey Trailblazers (Milwaukee, WI), 53-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Augustine Prep upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Lions travel to St. Francis (St. Francis, WI) to clash with the Mariners in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Mariners go into the bout with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Trailblazers clash with the Eastbrook Academy (Milwaukee, WI) in a Lake City bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Cristo Rey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
