With the victory, Butte Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Weed (Weed, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Weed won 54-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR)

Next up, the Raiders play the Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Burney will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Honkers come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 50-19 non-league loss to Weed (Weed, CA).
