The Clements Colts (Athens, AL) basketball crushed the visiting East Lawrence Eagles (Trinity, AL), 58-36 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Colts (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Lexington (Lexington, AL). The Golden Bears go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Lexington walloped Brooks (Killen, AL), 65-19, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Priceville for a 4A Area 13 test on Tuesday, December 6. East Lawrence will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 60-16 non-league win over Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
