Alabama High School Basketball - Guntersville nudges Gadsden City

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Guntersville Wildcats (Guntersville, AL) basketball squad edged the host Gadsden City Titans (Gadsden, AL), by a count of 44-37.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Fairview (Cullman, AL). The Aggies go into the 5A Area 14 outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Fairview was tipped by Cold Springs (Bremen, AL), 55-50, in a non-league outing.

The Titans now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Grissom for a non-league outing on Friday, December 2. Gadsden City will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 54-24 non-league loss to Austin (Decatur, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.
