Texas High School Basketball - Harmony can't hold off Overton

The Overton Mustangs basketball team scored 26 points and held the host Harmony Eagles to 21 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Big Sandy for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Overton will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 38-25 non-league loss to Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.

The Eagles (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Grand Saline nudged Big Sandy (Big Sandy, TX), 35-33, in a non-league contest.
