California High School Basketball - Immanuel can't hold off Hoover

The Hoover Patriots basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Immanuel Eagles to 32 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Patriots now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Golden Valley for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 7. Hoover will battle a Cougars team coming off a 55-41 non-league loss to East Union (Manteca, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Madera South (Madera, CA). The Stallions enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Madera South nudged Edison (Fresno, CA), 48-37, in a non-league contest.
