Byne Christian Saints (Albany, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Open Bible Christian (Valdosta, GA), 31-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Byne Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Saints travel to Hope Christian Academy (Starke, FL) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the clash with the First Christian Lions (High Springs, FL) in a bout, on Friday, December 2. Open Bible Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 43-12 league loss to First Assembly Christian Academy (Ocala, FL).
