The Adairsville Tigers basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Gordon Lee Trojans to 41 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Adairsville will battle a Lions team coming off a 66-23 non-league win over Greenville (Greenville, GA). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA). The Warriors enter the AAA Region 6 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe was defeated by Trion (Trion, GA), 62-38, in a non-league contest.
