The Bear Creek Grizzlies basketball squad scored 47 points and limited the visiting Northwest House to 36 in the Grizzlies league win on Friday.

With the win, Bear Creek upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Grizzlies host Northwest Yeshiva (Mercer Island, WA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Monday, December 4. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Northwest Yeshiva lost 71-43 in their recent non-league bout against Summit Classical Christian School (Bellevue, WA)

Next up, the House play the Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) in a 1A Emerald Sound bout, on Monday, December 4. Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 55-48 league loss to South Whidbey (Langley, WA).
