Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Blythewood Bengals (Blythewood, SC), 55-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ridge View upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Blazers travel to Hammond (Columbia, SC) to play the Skyhawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Skyhawks go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Bengals play the Westwood Redhawks (Blythewood, SC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Blythewood will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Redhawks go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 58-38 non-league win over White Knoll (Lexington, SC).
