Buhl Indians (Buhl, ID) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Snake River Panthers (Blackfoot, ID), 38-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Buhl upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Indians host Wood River (Hailey, ID) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Panthers play the Filer Wildcats (Filer, ID) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Snake River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 69-58 non-league loss to Skyline (Idaho Falls, ID).
