Oak Ridge Military Academy Eagles (Oak Ridge, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carter G. Woodson Eagle (Winston-Salem, NC), 73-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Oak Ridge Military Academy upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Eagles host Oak Hill Academy - Red (Mouth of Wilson, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Oak Hill Academy - Red lost 61-53 in their recent non-league bout against Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Eagle play the Hargrave Military Academy Tigers (Chatham, VA) in a Virginia Independent bout, on Friday, December 8. Carter G. Woodson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
