The Waupaca Comets basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Denmark Vikings to 66 in the Comets league triumph on Friday.

The Comets now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Little Chute for a North Eastern contest on Tuesday, December 5. Waupaca will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 45-41 league loss to Clintonville (Clintonville, WI). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-1.

The Vikings (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ashwaubenon (Green Bay, WI). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Ashwaubenon ran past D.C. Everest (Schofield, WI), 81-60, in a non-league contest.
