The Jefferson Eagles basketball team scored 72 points and held the host East Troy Trojans to 57 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Luther Prep for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Jefferson will play a Phoenix squad coming off a 69-66 non-league loss to Pardeeville (Pardeeville, WI). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-2.

Next up, the Trojans play the Waukesha South Blackshirts (Waukesha, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. East Troy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Blackshirts come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 72-47 league loss to Kettle Moraine (Wales, WI).
