Gilman City Hawks (Gilman City, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting North Harrison Shamrocks (Eagleville, MO), 60-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Gilman City upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Hawks host Union Star (Union Star, MO) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Union Star lost 49-22 in their recent league bout against DeKalb (DeKalb, MO)

Next up, the Shamrocks clash with the Winston Red Birds (Winston, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. North Harrison will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
