Nevada High School Basketball - Pahranagat Valley can't hold off Wells

The Wells Leopards basketball team scored 26 points and held the visiting Pahranagat Valley Panthers to 22 in the Leopards non-league triumph on Friday.

The Leopards now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Wells will battle a team coming off a 40-6 league loss to Rochester School for the Deaf (Rochester, NY). The record now stands at 24-51.

The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Owyhee (Owyhee, NV). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Owyhee nudged Tonopah (Tonopah, NV), 51-10, in a non-league contest.
