Western Christian Wolfpack (Hull, IA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN), 75-60 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Western Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Golden Bears come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Bishop Garrigan won 84-51 in their recent non-league bout against Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA)

Next up, the Stars play the St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Southwest Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
