Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL), 37-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glenbrook South upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Titans host Maine South (Park Ridge, IL) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Spartans play the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Glenbrook North will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Sequoits go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 46-8 non-league loss to Westlake Christian Academy (Grayslake, IL).
