The Simpson Academy Cougars topped the visiting Bayou Academy Colts basketball team by a final score of 45-35 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cougars face the East Rankin Academy Patriots (Pelahatchie, MS) in a MAIS 5A District 2 game, on Tuesday, December 5.
