The Lee Generals basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Buckhorn Bucks to 33 in the Generals league victory on Friday.
The Generals now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hazel Green for a 6A Area 16 contest on Tuesday, December 5. Lee will battle a Trojans team coming off a 51-41 non-league win over Jasper (Jasper, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 10-0.
The Bucks (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Patriots enter the non-league match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, Bob Jones lost by Sparkman (Harvest, AL), 49-45, in a non-league match.
