With the victory, Lazbuddie improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Holy Cross Academy (Amarillo, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Elks confront the Tahoka Bulldogs (Tahoka, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Cotton Center will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record.
