The East Chambers Buccaneers (Winnie, TX) basketball felled the visiting Splendora Wildcats (Splendora, TX), 42-31 in Friday's non-league test.
The Buccaneers (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Woden (Woden, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Woden thwarted Brookeland (Brookeland, TX), 39-21, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Hudson for a non-league test on Friday, December 8.
