The Pine Raiders basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Franklinton Demons to 17 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.

In their next game, the Raiders meet the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 5. Pine will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 51-31 non-league loss to Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA).

With the defeat, Franklinton moves to 1-4 on the year. The Demons travel to East Jefferson (Metairie, LA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, December 4. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 3-3. East Jefferson lost 53-45 in their recent non-league match against L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA)
