In Friday's league outing, the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), by a margin of 48-19.

The Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats go into the Upstate Eight outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, West Chicago smashed Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 40-32, in a league outing.

The Storm now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Schaumburg for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 2. South Elgin will clash with a Saxons squad coming off a 47-32 non-league win over Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 6-0.
