The Granville Blue Aces basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Watkins Memorial Warriors to 35 in the Blue Aces league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Aces now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fredericktown for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Granville will battle a Freddies team coming off a 61-50 non-league win over Utica (Utica, OH). The Freddies record now stands at 2-0.

The Warriors (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Licking Heights (Pataskala, OH). The Hornets enter the Licking County - Buckeye contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Licking Heights ran past Franklin Heights (Columbus, OH), 59-19, in a non-league contest.
