North Carolina High School Basketball - Union Pines topples Gray's Creek

In Friday's non-league outing, the Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) basketball squad beat the host Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC), by a count of 36-27.

The Vikings (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Douglas Byrd was topped by Scotland (Laurinburg, NC), 66-29, in a non-league outing.

The Bears now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Union Pines for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 5.
