Porter Spartans (Porter, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns (Hamshire, TX), 42-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Porter upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Spartans host Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Fort Bend Kempner lost 46-35 in their recent non-league bout against Spring Woods (Houston, TX)
Next up, the Longhorns clash with the Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Hamshire-Fannett will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 46-35 non-league loss to Spring Woods (Houston, TX).
