The Harrells Christian Academy Crusaders basketball team (Harrells, NC), was overwhelmed 70-43 in Friday's league battle with the host Rocky Mount Academy Eagles (Rocky Mount, NC)

The Eagles now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kerr-Vance Academy for a NCISAA Carolina Independent battle on Tuesday, December 5. Rocky Mount Academy will confront a Spartans team coming off a 36-27 non-league win over Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 1-4.

The Crusaders (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles come into the NCISAA Carolina Independent battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Fayetteville Academy trounced Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC), 31-30, in a non-league battle.
