The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Kirbyville Wildcats to 20 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.

The Bears now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evadale for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Little Cypress-Mauriceville will battle a Rebels team coming off a 51-30 non-league loss to Kountze (Kountze, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 2-3.

The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Rebels go into the non-league bout with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Evadale was crushed by Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX), 53-33, in a non-league bout.
